【鹿光网】香港恒基地产创办人李兆基于3月17日去世。根据香港交易所最新权益披露，其两名儿子恒地主席兼董事总经理李家杰及李家诚，已各自继承家族信托三家受托人50%的权益。该信托持有恒地约72.5%股权，以3月24日市值1079亿元计算，股份市值约782.27亿元。
除恒地外，恒地旗下多家公司亦更新持股情况。由于这些公司均为恒地直接或间接持有，李家杰与李家诚同样申报持有相关公司权益，包括恒基发展（00097，持股69.27%）、中华煤气（00003，持股41.53%）、港华智慧能源（01083，持股68.38%）及美丽华（00071，持股50.08%）。其中，中华煤气市值最高，按3月24日收市价计算达1244亿元。
